John holds accreditations from the University of Irvine, California, as well as NSCA, IDEA, and ACE. With extensive knowledge in strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and cardio heart rate-based training, John works with clients of all ages and fitness levels—from competitive athletes to active adults in their 80s and beyond.

John applies his years of knowledge and experience to meet each client's individual needs. He specializes in developing customized fitness programs that align with each person's goals and lifestyle. Whether through personal training sessions or personalized exercise prescriptions with ongoing check-ins, John is committed to helping clients achieve lasting results.
